I can't say enough good things about Care one at Millbury From the moment my grandpa arrived, the staff has been incredibly attentive, caring, and professional. The facility is always clean and well-maintained, and the residents seem genuinely happy and engaged. The nurses and aides go above and beyond to ensure everyone's needs are met, and the activities program is top-notch and amazing for my love one to do . I have complete peace of mind knowing my grandpa is in such capable and compassionate hands. Highly recommend!

Great nursing home. The recreation department is truly the heart of this community and plays a major role in what makes this place so exceptional. The staff consistently go above and beyond to provide outstanding care, genuine compassion, and meaningful connections with each resident. They take the time to truly know the residents, their interests, abilities, and personalities, which allows them to create activities that are inclusive, engaging, and tailored to everyone’s needs. The variety and quality of activities are incredible, offering something for everyone every day. From fun group events and creative programs to activities that promote physical movement, mental stimulation, and social connection, the recreation team ensures residents stay active, involved, and excited to participate. These activities don’t just fill time, they bring purpose, laughter, and joy into residents’ daily lives. What truly sets this team apart is their positive energy, patience, and genuine enthusiasm. Their warm personalities, sense of humor, and dedication create an uplifting environment where residents feel valued, respected, and cared for. You can see the difference they make in the residents’ smiles, improved moods, and overall quality of life. The management and staff are top tier at CareOne. The service I received was amazing and I love the in depth conversation I could have with the administrator there. The food is way above standard when it comes to nursing homes and it makes me happy to know that the patients there are getting what they need to live happy. Can't recommend anywhere else but here!

The team is incredibly professional, responsive, and genuinely invested in each resident’s well-being. It’s clear they take pride in what they do, and it shows in the quality of care, cleanliness, and overall atmosphere of the facility. We have had a very positive experience with Care One at Millbury. The staff have been wonderful in caring for our Dad. The atmosphere is positive and ALL staff, including PT, OT, nursing, dietary, recreation, administrative, maintenance, etc. make a team effort to provide care. The patients are treated with the utmost respect. From a recreation, activities and involvement perspective, it feels to us more like an assisted living facility than a skilled nursing facility. The recreation area has an incredible staff. They host many creative and fun events on a daily basis. Meals that we've eaten there with our Dad have been quite good. We consider ourselves very fortunate to have found Care One at Millbury for our Dad.

This facility consistently exceeds expectations in every way. The staff demonstrate exceptional professionalism, kindness, and dedication to resident care. The environment is clean, well maintained, and thoughtfully designed to support comfort and safety. Communication with families is clear and consistent, which is greatly appreciated. I would highly recommend this nursing home to anyone seeking quality care for their loved one.

Residents seem very happy at any event I have attended. They seem to be active especially with the recreation department. There is always a fun activity planned and so much excitement and genuine happiness from the staff! It is nice to see smiling faces on the residents when I visit. I can confidently say the rec department does an AMAZING job at creating events and bringing fun and excitement to the resident's home. It is heart-warming to see!

I have a loved one at Care One right now. The people are so incredibly warm and friendly - they truly care about the patients. Administration checks in frequently to make sure you are satisfied. The cleanliness is next level here - absolutely spotless.

Care One at Millbury has always been our first choice for rehabilitation, and for good reason. Their program is truly one-of-a-kind, especially for patients facing complex conditions like COPD and other serious health challenges. After my mom suffered a stroke, she completed her rehab at Care One—and the results were nothing short of incredible. She recovered so well that it felt like she came back even stronger than before. The level of care, dedication, and expertise the team provides is outstanding. We truly can’t say enough good things about the rehabilitation and compassionate support they offer. On a personal and professional level, I also want to recognize Care One Millbury as an amazing community partner. As Director of Community Outreach, I’ve had the privilege of working alongside them through the Worcester County Reserve Deputy Sheriffs Association. For nearly 10 years, Care One has been a consistent and generous supporter of our nonprofit efforts. They show up for everything—from placing 5,000 flags on veterans’ graves, to distributing random acts of kindness bags, to supporting our annual coat drive with the Worcester County Sheriff’s Office, which provides over 4,000 new coats to those in need each year. Their commitment to giving back is genuine and impactful. Without partners like Care One Millbury, so much of what we do for the community simply wouldn’t be possible. I highly recommend them not only for their exceptional rehabilitation and caregiving, but also for their unwavering dedication to the people and communities they serve.

The recreation department consistently brings joy, energy, and purpose to daily life through thoughtfully planned activities that keep residents engaged, social, and smiling. They are knowledgeable, encouraging, and incredibly supportive, always working with residents at their own pace while motivating them to reach their goals. Their professionalism and compassion help residents build strength, confidence, and independence in a positive, respectful way. From the moment you walk in, you can tell this is a well-cared-for place, it always smells clean and fresh, creating a welcoming and comfortable atmosphere. The reception staff is friendly and attentive, greeting everyone with a warm smile and making visitors and residents feel immediately at home. There is also a beautiful patio where residents can enjoy activities, relax outside, or take a peaceful stroll on nice days. It’s a lovely space that adds so much to the overall experience. The dining room is another highlight, offering a beautiful, restaurant-like atmosphere that makes mealtimes feel special and enjoyable rather than routine. Every detail here reflects care, pride, and dedication. From outstanding staff to welcoming spaces, this is truly a place where residents are supported, respected, and encouraged to enjoy life every day.
